Welcome to GOODWILL AFRIKA

17 SDGs and 169 Targets

Do you know that there is a plan to transform the world ? Did you know that this plan, composed of 17 objectives, was adopted by the 193 states that make up the UN in September 2015? The signatory states have committed to implementing this plan, called the 2030 Agenda.

These 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) give us a path forward to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. They respond to the global challenges we face, including those related to poverty, inequality, climate, environmental degradation, prosperity, peace and justice. The goals are interconnected, and to leave no one behind, it is important to achieve each and every one of their targets by 2030.

To achieve the 17 SDGs, all components of society must take ownership of them and implement them, from the citizen to the top of the State, including civil society organizations, universities and schools, local authorities, the private and associative sector, etc. For everyone to benefit from this plan, everyone must participate.

As citizens, we are both actors and beneficiaries of the Sustainable Development Goals. We have a duty of solidarity and action and a right to demand results from our elected representatives. Learn about the 2030 Agenda, participate in its implementation and become part of the community of citizens united for a more just, peaceful and sustainable world
